Service Usage & Account Security
Each subscription is for personal use only. Sharing your account details or reselling our service without authorization will result in immediate termination without a refund.
One subscription allows for one (1) active connection at a time. If you require more, please select a « Multi-Room » plan from our pricing section.
Technical Requirements
To ensure 4K/8K stability, a stable internet connection of at least 20-30 Mbps is required.
IPTV GREEK is not responsible for buffering or downtime caused by the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP), local hardware (Smart TV, Firestick), or poor Wi-Fi signals.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service (instant activation), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the account details have been sent to you.
We strongly encourage all users to use our 24-hour Trial to test the quality and channel list before purchasing a long-term plan (3, 6, or 12 months).
Content & Channel Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we reserve the right to perform maintenance or update the channel list at any time. Channels may be added or removed based on availability and technical updates.

Technical support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and Email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 30-60 minutes during business hours.
